PROJECT PROCEDURES:

PHASE 1:       

Your ServiceMaster Project Manager will view your property with you and review your specific building restoration service needs.  Then provide you with a scope of repairs, for the project, along with a written estimate for your approval.

PHASE 2:       

Your ServiceMaster Project Manager will begin the scheduling process with you, provide you with an estimated and mutually agreed upon project start date, as well as a predicted completion time.  We understand our clients desire to have these types of projects done in a timely manner.  We will also provide you with, or guide you through, the building permit process, if required.

PHASE 3:       

Your ServiceMaster Project Manager will guide you through the material selection process.  Perhaps, providing samples for your review, or arranging an appointment to attend a supplier.

PHASE 4:       

The ServiceMaster handyman and crew are security cleared, and fully experienced in building restoration services.  We also have lasting working relationships with trades, vendors and suppliers, to ensure all work is to the highest standards of both customer service and quality of workmanship.

PHASE 5:       

Upon completion of the work, you will be asked to view all building restoration services, and confirm your satisfaction by signing off on our completion certificate, which offers a 2 year workmanship quality guarantee.

PHASE 6:       

You can ensure that your ServiceMaster of Muskoka and Parry Sound Disaster Restoration handyman and crew make every effort to maintain a clean, safe working environment during the project, and provide a full post-construction house cleaning service to ensure all dust and debris are removed.
