We provide cleaning services, after construction or renovations projects are complete, arranged in accordance with any official date closings. Our basic service includes the following...(This does not include the removal of any construction debris)

Clean interior/exterior cabinets & surfaces.

Clean & sanitize restroom fixtures.
Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors.
Vacuum carpets.

These are the services included in the basic price. If additional work is required, ie/ cleaning of carpet or upholstery, window cleaning, applying floor finish, or debris removal, there will be an additional charge.
