Post Construction Cleaning
Basic Services
We provide the final cleaning after construction is complete but prior to the official closing. This is not the removal of construction debris. Basic services usually include the following:
- Clean lights.
- Dust air diffusers.
- Dust window sills and all molding.
- Spot clean walls.
- Clean cabinets.
- Spot clean interior glass.
- Clean & Polish restroom fixtures.
- Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors.
- Vacuum carpets.

These are the services included in the basic price. When there are extras such a cleaning the carpet, window cleaning or putting finish on the floors there will be an additional charge.
